Training Information:

In this one-hour virtual course, you will be familiarized with and learn how medical conditions such as vulvar disorders can mimic abuse. Please plan to join us for this free one-hour conversation with the reputable and dynamic Dr. Brecht-Doscher, a leading OBGYN Attending Physician.

During this one-hour course, Dr. Doscher will cover the following topics:

• Pediatric exam

• Normal findings

• Dermatitis

• Infection

• Accidental trauma

Instructors:


The instructor for this one-hour learning opportunity will be Dr. Brecht-Doscher, Medical Director, Ventura County Forensic Program. Dr. Brecht-Doscher is an OBGYN attending physician in a family practice teaching program. She practices and teaches general obstetrics and gynecology. She is particularly interested in pediatrics and adolescent gynecology, which led her to run a clinic for the County of Ventura that is explicitly related to pediatric gynecology. Dr. Brecht-Doscher has been invited to speak as an expert at many conferences and is considered an expert in the field of pediatric gynecology.

Cost:

There is no cost to attend this training.

Certification:

A training certificate will be issued for this training upon student completion of a training evaluation.
