The CSAIA is proud to announce the 2027 Spring Training Conference. The training will be offered both in person and online (virtual). This page is for virtual attendance only. Looking for the In-Person conference? Please return to the previous page and select In-Person Registration.
Attend live from anywhere and participate in expert-led presentations, real-world case studies, and professional development from your home or office.
Who Should Attend?
This conference is designed for professionals involved in the investigation and prosecution of sexual assault cases, including:
- Law enforcement investigators
- Prosecutors
- Forensic nurses (SANEs)
- Crime laboratory personnel
- Victim advocates
- Child forensic interviewers
- Probation professionals
- Multidisciplinary team (MDT) partners
- Other professionals whose responsibilities include responding to sexual assault investigations
Registration is limited to eligible CSAIA members. Please register as a new or renewing CSAIA member if your membership will expire before the conference begins.
The virtual training will be presented in partnership with INSTRUQ, a well-respected virtual training platform used by government agencies throughout California.
This training is pending POST certification for 25 hours. BRN credits will also be available.
POST Certification requires online attendance and completion of an online test or poll during or immediately after training. POST credit will only be given to the individual registered for the training. POST credit will only be given if online attendance is confirmed via the digital platform and the individual completes the required test or poll.
A certificate of completion will be provided following the conference.

Payment must be received within 60 days of registration and no later than March 8, 2027.

Attention Training Managers and Attendees:
Please note that any registration for virtual training must be paid in full within 60 days of registration but no later than March 8, 2027. Registrations that have not been paid in full by March 8, 2027, will be canceled. Please contact the Training Registrar for special arrangements prior to the deadline.

Cancellation Policy:
Attendees may be replaced with others without penalty. They will be required to pay a $75 membership fee (if not a current CSAIA member) to attend. Please contact the Training Registrar to facilitate a transfer.
Registration for virtual attendance will end on March 8, 2027 at 11:59 PM.
Full tuition, minus the $75 membership fee (if applicable) and a $10 processing fee, will be refunded for cancellations received before March 8, 2027. Cancellations on or after March 8, 2027, are non-refundable.
